- Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to destinations around the world on a daily basis.International customers welcome! OOP Warhammer regularly ships to destinations around the world and we know how to package your order so it arrives safely with no damage. We are also familiar with customs duties and will do everything possible to keep your duties to minimum.How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs vary, depending on shipment weight and your location. Your exact shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, where you will receive a number of fast and low cost shipping options to choose from. We will always pick the best option for you. Our standard within the UK is to do second class recorded so we can be sure both parties are happy. You can upgrade this to Signed first class whilst checking out
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of placement and payment, Monday through Friday. Your exact shipping time depends on the method selected and your location.
- What are my payment options? Is it safe to use my credit card?
OOP Warhammer is currently only accepting PayPal or if you would prefer Cash on Collection.
- Still don’t want to use your credit card on the Internet?
OOP Warhammer accepts a variety of payment methods via PayPal.
- What if I don’t have a credit card?
No worries! OOP Warhammer accepts a variety of payment methods. That being cash on collection.
- How do I place an order?
Ordering with OOP Warhammer is quick and easy. Just click on the “add to cart” button on the item you would like to purchase.
- How do I find what I’m looking for?
We have divided the web site into several easy-to-use categories. View the browsing the catalog on the left hand side of the page. If we do not have the item you are looking for, send us an e-mail at email@example.com.
- How can I view new items?
The newest additions to our inventory can be found using the Drop Down Menu in the upper right-hand corner of our web site.
- How do I find out the status of my order?
You can login to my account to view the status of any order.
- How do I change or cancel an item or order?
If you wish to make a change to an order, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that it may not be possible to change orders with a status of “ready to mail/paid” or “shipped” as these orders may already be on the way to you.
- I received a “Quantity Changed to Available In Stock” message. What does this mean?
When you checkout or adjust the quantities in your cart, our system verifies your items to make sure that no one else has ordered the items while they were in your shopping cart and that the quantity you are requesting does not exceed our available inventory. If the items have been sold, or you are requesting more then we have available, your shopping cart will automatically be adjusted to the available quantities.
- What is your return policy?
OOP Warhammer will accept returns for defective items. Please e-mail email@example.com before returning any items. Note that if any part of your order is not up to your standards we will work with you to make it right!
- How do I change my account information?
You can change your shipping and personal information in the my account section.
- Will you accept my want list?

- Do you take things in trade or purchase games?
Yes. OOP Warhammer purchases and trades for 10’s of things each year.
- Do you accept special orders?
Yes, we do accept special orders. We can generally order any in-print item and have it in stock within 1-3 days. Please send us an e-mail with special order requests to firstname.lastname@example.org
